Healthy, 4-ingredient Candy Bar!

If you are looking for something to curb a sweet tooth, I have just the thing! 

It only takes 4 ingredients and absolutely No baking! Easy Peasy!

These things, no joke, taste like a mounds bar, you know the delicious sticky coconut covered in chocolate! 



Except these ones I made are healthy! 

Yup, you heard me! 

  • They are paleo 

  • They are Keto

  • They are sugar free

  • They are grain free 

I could keep going.... 


A few easy steps and you got yourself a tasty treat that will have you begging for more!

  • 3 cups unsweetened shredded coconut 

  • 1 cup coconut oil (melted)

  • 1/4 cup agave (or other sticky sweetener like honey or syrup) 

  • 1/2 cup unsweet chocolate chips

Mix all of this together and pour into an 8x8 pan or dish lines with parchment paper and stick it in the freezer. 


Once they are hardened, pop them out of the pan and cut them

You can eat these coconut bars just like this.

However, if you want to add a little chocolate, just melt chocolate chips and drizzle on top or dip them. 

Back in the freezer the go to harden.
