Do you prefer Blondies?

If you tried my Guilt-Free Brownies, then you will love these too. 


Chickpea Blondies:

  • 1 can Chickpeas

  • 1/2 cup Peanut (almond) butter

  • 1/3 cup Maple Syrup (can substitute agave or honey)

  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract

  • 1/2 tsp Salt

  • 1/4 tsp Baking Powder

  • 1/4 tsp Baking Soda

  • 1/3 cup unsweet chocolate chips

  • 2 tbs sea salt

Oven Temp: 350 degrees F

Cook time: 20-25 mins


Directions:

1. Add chickpeas, peanut butter, syrup, vanilla, salt, baking powder, baking soda into a blender or food processor. Mix until smooth and creamy.

2. Fold in chocolate chips.

3. Pour into 9 X 9 in. oven safe dish/pan. Sprinkle Sea Salt on top.
